The People and Culture Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Whittaker's by supporting People Leaders and the Executive to promote a high performing culture where people enjoy coming to work. This is a very operational, hands-on role with two direct reports – the P&C Advisor and Receptionist. You will: Be a proven all-rounder who thrives on being involved in the full breadth that HR has to offer Be very knowledgeable and proven in the ER space Have an understanding of workers in a manufacturing setting Have a good solid knowledge of payroll including the holidays act (payroll outsourced) Have adaptability and flexibility – willing to work on a variety of projects across a range of disciplines Have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Enjoy mentoring and partnering with the business If having a very varied, busy and influential role appeals to you, and you want to find out more, please reach out to Sandy and Kirsty quoting job number 128245.
