The Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference, work closely with senior leadership, and spearhead best HR practices to make a genuine impact on the business. You will be managing the HR functions for the business. Partnering with senior leaders across the business, you'll help promote practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, involvement, and ongoing development of a superior team. More broadly, this will involve: Providing strategic and operational advice to managers and supporting the business growth from an HR perspective, with a generalist focus on employee engagement and best practices.Being a relationship builder who can easily build rapport with a broad range of different people and levels within the business.Fostering an inclusive and engaged culture, ensuring key metrics improve over time.Ensuring compliance with HR policies and guidelines. So, Who Are You? You'll be an HR Advisor or Talent Partner with a couple of years under your belt and ideally have experience within professional services or business at a group level.
