Great opportunity for a Senior Advisor/ Business Partner ready to grow into Manager.

Our client is a large national not for profit, with business units around the country. Having recently transitioned through a significant organisational change, they are looking to engage a generalist senior HR Advisor/ Business Partner to assist the P&C Manager and Executive Team in bedding in the change and aligning the culture.

The organisation has a high profile and provides an invaluable service to the New Zealand community. Whilst it is not for profit it is well funded and is recognised as an important national organisation.

The role will encompass most aspects of a generalist HR role, including:

Recruitment and Selection
Employment Relations
Performance Management
Remuneration and Job Sizing
HR Analytics
Change Management

To be successful you will have experience as a Senior Advisor as a minimum, preferably Business Partner level and have the passion and desire to learn and grow. Experience in managing a team will be advantageous.

Ideally you will be tertiary qualified. You will need to be tech savvy and adept at developing and implementing systems and processes.
