A fantastic opportunity has arisen for People Advisors to join our People Experience team.
Reporting to the National Manager People Partnering & Advisory, you will work closely with the team and our stakeholders to add value in many aspects of HR, including: Provide expert HR advice on various people matters.
Handle employment relations cases (e.g., disciplinary matters, performance management, investigations).
Offer generalist HR support and lead HR processes.
Support people projects and cyclical initiatives.
Build positive relationships and influence stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of New Zealand employment law.
We have 2 permanent full-time positions available, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You are a confident and authentic professional with strong interpersonal skills and a great sense of humour.
In addition to your up-to-date knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR best practice, you will need: 2-3 years of generalist HR experience ideally at advisory level.
