About the Role (Your Why)
As a Pega Consultant , you will be a trusted advisor and lead the implementation of Pega solutions for our clients. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Pega solutions. You'll work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver Pega-based applications that drive operational efficiency and improve business outcomes.
You'll have the opportunity to lead workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of Pega applications. We have offices in Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin, Hamilton, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, and Sydney. What You'll Do
As a Pega Consultant , you will be responsible for:
Leading the design and configuration of Pega BPM/Case Management applications for multiple clients.
Collaborating with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
Implementing Pega solution configurations, including rule design, case types, and integrations.
Providing ongoing support, issue resolution, and optimization recommendations post-implementation.
Acting as a subject matter expert in Pega, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work with a diverse range of clients across different industries, helping them drive transformation by implementing and optimizing Pega solutions.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification (or working towards certification).
Strong hands-on experience in Pega BPM and Pega Case Management , including solution design, configuration, and implementation.
Expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications.
Proven experience working with Pega applications in client-facing roles, delivering solutions on time and within scope.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead client workshops and engage effectively at all levels.
Experience with Pega Infinity versions is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of integration techniques, including SOAP, REST, and web services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
