The Payroll Analyst will support the business, both locally and nationally, with accurate data and insights by undertaking research and analysis based on datasets to bring evidence and insight to workforce related metrics and decision making.
The successful candidate will assist in the implementation of a data, insights, and evaluation approach for payroll related data.
Be a point of contact for all ad hoc and routine payroll related information requests.
In addition, this position will be key in supporting the processing and setting up of reports to accommodate changes identified by the Holidays Act Programme.
Mou | About you Our ideal candidate will have either a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience is required relating a numeric discipline.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have: * At least 3 years' experience in sound data analytics technical capability.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills * Advanced Excell and Word skills * Strong analytic ability Previous payroll or finance data experience is desirable but not required.
