Manage the expectations of relevant stakeholders around the completion of these tasks and develop the technical knowledge within the Payroll Team to ensure internal and client service standards are metBackup and technical support to the Payroll Manager, including covering pays, processing taxation, KiwiSaver and relevant pay run reports or reconciliationsAssist with the end-to-end processing of payroll, including PAYE obligations and filing the returnsManage payroll-related queries, internal and external reporting and engage with the wider businessBe involved in various projects and payroll related work that arise from time to timeWhat you need to be successful Outgoing personality, willingness to work hard and have fun along the wayWant and desire to continuously develop yourselfBe highly customer-focused, you will want to own the client relationshipCan work autonomously and part of the wider teamYou can work in a fast paced, dynamic, and deadline driven environmentHave strong time management skills, but with a strong focus on accuracyPrevious payroll experienceExperience using payroll systems is preferable, but not necessaryComputer literacy across a range of Microsoft products in particular ExcelIf this sounds like you, we look forward to meeting you.
