This business offers a vibrant, energetic Newmarket environment for people who bring passion and commitment to their work and enjoy a culture where successes are recognised and celebrated.This business is proud of the services and products it provides and they are always keen to upskill and invest in their people.Some More Information About The RoleReporting to the Payroll Manager in a team of 3, working closely with the People & Culture team and wider business.Key duties include:Process and maintain fortnightly payment runs for 1500 employees across New ZealandProvide an outstanding level of customer service when managing queriesAccurate setup of new employees in the payroll system within agreed timeframesUndertake changes in the pay system with PayGlobal including tax upgradesEnsure accurate and timely reporting and record keeping are maintained at all timesEnsure compliance maintained with all legal requirements relating to Wage/Salary/Holiday paymentsAssist the Senior Payroll Lead with other payroll projects as necessary.BenefitsThis business goes above and beyond to attract and retain the best talent! You must possess confidence in manipulating large volumes of data.
