Some More Information About The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager in a team of 3, working closely with the People & Culture team and wider business.

Key duties include:
Process and maintain fortnightly payment runs for 1500 + employees across New Zealand Provide an outstanding level of customer service when managing queries Accurate setup of new employees in the payroll system within agreed timeframes Undertake changes in the pay system with PayGlobal including tax upgrades Ensure accurate and timely reporting and record keeping are maintained at all times Ensure compliance maintained with all legal requirements relating to Wage/Salary/Holiday payments Assist the Senior Payroll Lead with other payroll projects as necessary. You will have experience processing end-to-end NZ payroll, with knowledge and understanding of NZ payroll legislation. You must possess confidence in manipulating large volumes of data.
