Payroll Lead

At 2degrees our people are our greatest asset, and making sure they are paid correctly on time, every time is a must for us!
We are looking for a payroll superstar that has a wealth of experience with end-to-end payroll processing to join our People Operations team, working alongside our payroll administrators to be responsible for the delivery of our fortnightly payroll.
This will include educating and upskilling the payroll administrators as well as internal customers, identifying business and process improvement opportunities and working closely with stakeholders to implement efficient solutions with a strong user experience.
Extensive experience in Payroll, specifically working with iChris/Chris21
Previous experience mentoring and supporting junior team members
Ability to take initiative and be proactive in your approach
You understand that the employee experience matters
Great collaboration and relationship building skills
Ability to take ownership and accountability
Simple, efficient processes and documentation
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Up-to-date knowledge of payroll & employment legislation
