Given this client is not based in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch they are happy to look at remote workers to ensure they get the right talent for this role.The RoleDutiesThe Remediation Test Analyst role will have a crucial role supporting a small project team that are supporting an organisation with a Holidays Act Remediation and Rectification Project. The role provides planning and testing execution along with expert Holidays Act support across the team and to delivering effective solutions for remediation testing. In this role you will perform the following duties :Support the development and execution of Remediation testing / cleansing / validation through test processes, planning and coaching/education of others involved in HA test activities.Review Remediation Designs and Calculation models against agreed solutionsProduce required Test artefacts and reports to demonstrate compliance and accuracyIdentify and report variances and quality issues and risks including stream defect managementThe specific programmes and focus of the role may shift over time depending on the resource and priority requirements within the Holidays Act programme of work.About YouTo be suitable for this opportunity you will possess the following experience :Experience on a Holidays Act Remediation/Rectification project as a testerExperience with Holidays Act Remediation calculations, including checking/validation.Ideally strong experience and foundation to your career in payroll in complex, unionised and 24/7 environment.Highly organised, structured approach to your work.Great communication skills, both written and verbal.Please note, if you do not have experience as a Payroll Tester on a Holidays Act Remediation programme you will not be considered due to the specialist requirements of this role.BenefitsHealthy hourly rateContract through till April 2025, possible extensionsRemote work available, providing that you're New Zealand based, have a home set up established and you're comfortable travelling to site for onboarding and collection of IT equipment.Joining a fun, experienced team that enjoy working together!ContactAll inquiries and applications to Archway Recruitment are treated in the strictest confidence.
