As our Pastry Chef, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exquisite desserts that reflect our commitment to quality and creativity. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with Chef Gareth Stewart and our talented Head Pastry Chef, collaborating to develop new creations that push the boundaries of pastry artistry.
Explore your journey ahead
Creating and designing a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
Ensuring consistency in flavour, presentation and quality in every dish.
Collaborating with the culinary team to innovate and refine our dessert offerings.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient pastry section.
Managing stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
Upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
What we need from you
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong background in culinary arts.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with the culinary team and other colleagues.
Passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards.
Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications.
