The role:
The Hamiliton branch is busy and has a rare opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join the team. You will oversee our branch parts operation to ensure all parts orders are completed to standard, within time frames, while ensuring a superior customer experience every time.
This includes overseeing orders and enquiries, managing inwards and outwards goods, and overseeing the performance and development of your Parts Interpreter. You will work with customers - face to face, over the phone, by email, and through web enquiries to identify, source, dispatch, and invoice parts for any of the machines and/or equipment we service.
You will work within an established branch, supportive team, and in a role that offers a lot of variety.
