The Racing and Sports Partnerships team is tasked with identifying new partnerships that strategically align with our business goals. We are now looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless execution of all partnership components, events, and activations across our brand portfolios. You will build and cultivate your own relationships with partners nationwide, ensuring our brand is professionally represented across all platforms.
Our Partnerships Coordinator is a key driver for the success of the broader partnerships team, by bringing to life an impactful event program and showcasing the brand in a fresh perspective. You will be leading marquee events that align with our Brand, Marketing, and Customer strategies and objectives while identifying and pursuing opportunities for expanding our network and driving growth. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a flair for event management and a knack for relationship building, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Where and how you can work... We have offices in Auckland, Wellington, Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. This role will be based in Auckland and will involve some interstate travel to locations and venues.
We value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, enabling you to enjoy some work from home, ensuring we achieve work-life balance and individual preferences. You will need to have flexibility across 7 days, enabling you to work some weekends and nights.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the implementation of all required activity involving partnerships.Maintain and grow partnerships to create mutually beneficial relationships.Deliver a high level of partner and stakeholder satisfaction through providing prompt, customer-focused, and professional responses to all enquiries.Coordinate all aspects of partnership events & activations, ensuring all activity reflects brand values.Provide support to and embrace joint responsibility with the greater Entain team for all partnership activities.Develop tailor-made and innovative strategies to achieve best results for each partner.Record and report on partnership activity including post-campaign & budgeting.Ensure all ideas around partnerships can be successfully executed within budget and are compliant with codes and standards.You're a match if you ideally have...3+ years experience in Event or Partnership Coordination.A passion for sport, racing, and a keen interest in the wagering industry would be desirable.Solid track record in end-to-end execution of partnership events.Proven experience in brand briefs and agency interaction.An influential flair and expertise in building relationships with a diverse group of people.Ability to demonstrate customer-focused creative thinking.The desire to work collaboratively, while also holding a confident level of autonomous ambition.Who are we?
