As a vital part of the team, you will play a key role in advancing Ray White Rotorua's mission to lead New Zealand's real estate market. We are seeking a high-calibre individual; while property management experience is preferred, it's not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.This role includes a base salary and company bonuses, with support from the Regional and Head Office Managers. It also features a robust national marketing package that includes proven marketing strategies and thorough training.Your key responsibilities will include:Bringing in new business, a primary focus initially, to grow a new rental portfolio.Assisting existing property managers with their portfolios as needed.Ensuring clear and professional communication with property owners.Coordinating maintenance activities with contractors.Collaborating within an established team.Performing detailed property inspections and reporting to owners.Maintaining full occupancy across your portfolio.Managing tribunal and insurance matters.Proficiency with computers is essential, but strong communication skills are even more critical for success in this role.
