The Property Management Division is currently hiring a Part-Time Property Manager to help grow a new rental portfolio within the division. As a vital part of the team, you will play a key role in advancing Ray White Rotorua's mission to lead New Zealand's real estate market. We are seeking a high-calibre individual; while property management experience is preferred, it's not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
This role includes a base salary and company bonuses, with support from the Regional and Head Office Managers. It also features a robust national marketing package that includes proven marketing strategies and thorough training.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Bringing in new business, a primary focus initially, to grow a new rental portfolio.
Assisting existing property managers with their portfolios as needed.
Ensuring clear and professional communication with property owners.
Coordinating maintenance activities with contractors.
Collaborating within an established team.
Performing detailed property inspections and reporting to owners.
Maintaining full occupancy across your portfolio.
Managing tribunal and insurance matters.

Please note: This role is part time with hours ranging from 20 -30 hours per week, and as the portfolio grows the hours will increase.
