+ Depending on ExperienceDescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team.
This role requires a professional tradesperson who will execute high-quality painting projects while adhering to contract specifications and deadlines.
The ideal candidate must have 3 years of experience in painting and will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of painting techniques, tools/materials knowledge, and industry standards.Skill Requirements:Set up work areas safely, including erecting scaffolding, placing ladders, and installing drop sheets to protect adjacent surfaces.Prepare surfaces by removing old paint and wallpaper, stripping timber, sanding, fixing woodwork, filling holes/cracks, and sealing surfaces.Mix and prepare paints to required colours, including pigments, oils, and additives.Apply various products including water-based paints, oil-based paints, and varnishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.Hang wallpaper, match patterns, and trim edges.Perform minor repairs including window maintenance, glass replacement, and tile work.Maintain clean equipment and work areas in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.Demonstrate competency in all painting procedures with previous industry experience required.Join our team of skilled Painters and contribute to high-quality projects in the construction industry.Please click Apply Now to apply for this role or to register your interest.
