P&P Coordinator - Support Office

Description Our role:You will be stepping into our vibrant, fast-paced People & Performance team, reporting to our People & Performance Manager for shared service at NZD.
This role will see you working with our branch network & support office functions to offer comprehensive & professional HR coordination support.
Daily you will be responsible for, however not limited to - Manage the people inbox and provide a timely response to a wide variety of queries Communicate with stakeholders around HR processes and policies Creating documents through DocuSign and ensuring documents are consistent with policy & legislationOnboarding new starters into our HR systemsProcess and maintain all employee changes in our HR system to ensure data is accurate and always the 'source of truth' Running reports in our HR systems monthly/quarterly/annually as and when required Providing administration support for annual HR events This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based at our National office in Penrose.
We're looking for the successful candidate to start early in the new year.
