Contract: Fixed Term position, working 64 hours per fortnight Monday to Friday. Actual hours to be agreed upon. Salary: As per PSA Administrative MECA, & dependant on experience
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused person to join our small team in providing efficient reception and administration support to our Outpatients department. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, the reason for the fixed term is to allow time for the service needs to be evaluated.
In this role, you will find yourself working in a collaborative and supportive team, who are a key part in providing an outstanding service to the wider hospital. You will be able to communicate effectively with others, have good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise work and manage a busy workload, and to use your initiative and work unsupervised. You will also need to have excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of computer packages.
