Develop various initiatives to push the number of checks and average checks with the approvals
Set store-wise revenue targets and audit compliance
Analyze trends and develop tactical initiatives to push revenues
Keep within sales targets and ensure profitability of the location
Rationalize Costs of Operations
Drive stringent cost control in stores through store managers. COGS not more than 30%
Keep cost of personnel below 10% of Sale.
Modify/create systems to ensure cost tracing on a daily/weekly and monthly basis
Coordinate all other suppliers and agency on a regular basis to streamline operations and costs.
Quality Audit
Do a bi-weekly audit of stores for all areas (food, beverages, and equipment)
Ensure daily briefings of staff (All briefings must be recorded for future reference)
Give all audit results to store in-charges to ensure compliance
Monthly SOP training and updates to all staff
Customer Contact
Do follow-up meets or telephone calls to at least 15 customers a week
Handle all customer complaints within 24hrs
MIS and Processes
Ensure and audit compliance of all store processes.
Provide weekly reports on all aspects of operations
Provide performance analysis to store in-charges weekly
Collate all data from Accounts and Supply chain to develop P & L statements
Be the one-point contact for all performance data for operations
Staff Management and Training
Staff management and roster making
Supporting Payroll team with all the necessary information
Monitoring of all in-store training programs
Driving and monitoring the excellence program
Weekly store manager's review
To identify new training needs and execute as possible
To be a one-point contact for information for all operations staff
