In this critical role, you will lead initiatives that enhance our culture, improve employee experiences, and align with our business objectives.This is a 12 month fixed term position.About the RoleAs an OD Strategic Partner, you will:Consult and collaborate,working with executives, senior leaders, and teams to identify organisational needs and provide expert OD solutions.Design and implement,leading end-to-end development and delivery of OD programmes, focusing on culture, leadership, talent and succession, EVP, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.Drive uplift in leadership mindset and capability, by embeddingour leadership framework organisation wide and developing enterprise leadership capability in senior leadership.Coach leadership teams on the application of internal leadership framework, tools & techniques.Champion change,usinginnovative change leadership and change management approaches to foster engagement, align with business goals, and support organisational transformation.QualificationsExtensive experience in organisational development within complex, fast-paced environments.Proven expertise in leadership development and change management.Strong analytical skills, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.Ability to influence and inspire at all levels of an organisation.Strong business acumenA degree in human resources, organisational development, education, psychology, or a related field.What's in it for you?Our purpose is to bring the best of life to our residents.
