Here's what you'll be involved inYou'll have a 50/50 split between organisational development and internal comms. You'll jump in and add value across both specialties, including liaising with marketing and seeing where you can cross-pollinate with external comms initiatives. Reporting to the Organisational Development Director as part of a wider HR team, you'll support a range of new development initiatives, including coordination of leadership and management development programmes. This is a role where people engage and collaborate in the workplace so, while there is flexibility, you'll enjoy being based most days at the Penrose head office.
Skills and experience you'll bringKnown for delivering high-quality comms, you love writing and have a knack for adjusting your messaging to your audience. You'll have a degree in communications, marketing or HR, and will have gained experience working in OD and/or comms. You're someone who rolls with the punches and is happy to get stuck in and deliver in an environment where things are evolving and developing around you.
Minimum RequirementsTo be eligible for this role, you'll need to have the right to work in New Zealand.
