The Role Ideqa India is looking for an Oracle B2C Service (Oracle Service Cloud / RightNow) Technical Consultant, with relevant experience, to assist in functional specifications, technical design, implementation and support of Oracle B2C Service Solutions. As we work with many different customers in many different industries you will enjoy variety in the work you are doing. Some of the key areas of the role are:
Responsible for the functional specification, technical design, implementation, and support of B2C Service Solutions.
Configure and extend the Oracle B2C Service application utilising custom objects, custom fields, Add-ins, and Oracle B2C Service APIs.
Implement, update, edit and/or change existing framework and Oracle B2C Service Add-ins/Extensions.
Develop new and maintain existing integrations of Oracle B2C Service with third-party applications and systems.
Develop Extensions using Oracle B2C Service BUI framework.
Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
Participate in project management and planning, provide guidance and leadership on Oracle Service Cloud-related project planning and activities.
We support customers in NZ and AU timezones so will require working in these timezones. Some flexibility is available.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related.
You have current Certifications relating to Oracle B2C Service.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience since graduating.
You have experience in at least three full-cycle implementation of Oracle B2C Service.
Agent Desktop, Workspaces & Workflows, CPM, Agent Scripting, Knowledge Management, Rules, UI customisation, Analytics, Custom Objects, ROQL.
Integration leveraging SOAP/REST APIs in the context of Oracle B2C Service; also using Connect PHP API, File Manager, Process Designer.
Experienced in upgrading Customer Portal to PHP 8.3.
You have good oral and written communication skills.
You are accountable, have initiative, and are able to take ownership.
You have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have strong time-management skills and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with OIA and OIC is helpful but not essential.
Other Oracle Applications knowledge helpful but not essential.
