Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Lead and execute efficient and compliant HDC processing of inbound supplier deliveries, purchase order receipting, store replenishment, customer deliveries and customer collections Provide leadership and direction to a HDC operational team, developing employee knowledge and capability through coaching, training and performance feedbackSupport achievement of HDC key operational targets such as inventory management, cost, safety and serviceEnsure Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is operated safely as designed to maintain product integrity and workplace safetyEnsure site waste and recycling processes are being achieved and complied with through direct and indirect resources such as delivery drivers Please note: This is Team Lead role is a 4-month fixed term contract with the possibility to extend. Role operates on a 4-day roster with set rostered days - Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (4x 10 Hour Shifts). About youThis is a hands-on role that will see you get involved in all facets of warehouse leadership. You will collaborate with many internal teams and external stakeholders and as such, your customer focus and ability to build relationships will be key to the success of this role.
