What will you do:


We are seeking an experienced operations supervisor to ensure the efficient management of the three Hamilton operations shifts and to take responsibility for dealing with all issues pertaining to the Hamilton Operations.


This is a Permanent Full-time position based in Hamilton


What we're looking for…


Some of the key things you will need to perform this role successfully are:


Strong leadership experience and the ability to work collaboratively with all staff including liaising with Branch Managers, DX Management, customer support, finance, and key suppliers/customers
Knowledge of health and safety and ensure this is carried out in the work environment
Co-ordinate the activities of the key operational personnel to achieve Company targets.
Achieve continuous improvement with regard to service delivery and cost efficiency.
Report and monitor Key Performance Indicators and adjust the drivers of the operation to meet targets.
Continuously work toward achieving 'Total Customer Satisfaction'.
Administrative duties where required
Availability to work Monday to Friday (flexibility required)
