Cafe Manager

We are seeking an efficient Cafe Manager who can organise and control the operations of the busy Cafe in Wellington.
The job responsibilities include the following:
Regular meetings with the Chef to alter/improve the menu of the Cafe.
Arranging the purchasing of the stock for the Cafe as per the budget.
Manage the pricing of the food as per the budget.
Keeping the record of stock levels as well as the financial transactions.
Ensuring that the facilities comply with health regulations and safety regulations.
Regular checking for feedback with customers around the service provided.
Regular training provided to the existing staff and recruit and train new staff when required.
You are required to at least have a NZQF diploma or three years of work experience for the role.
The minimum hourly wage is $29.66 and the maximum is $29.75. This is a full-time employment with a minimum of 30 hours of work.
