Overview:
Fidelity National Information Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to support our remote work initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational acumen, leadership, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic remote environment. This role is key to ensuring our operational processes are streamlined, effective, and conducive to high-quality output.

Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that support overall business goals, enhancing efficiency, and driving productivity.
Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and manage a remote team to ensure optimal performance and professional development, while cultivating an inclusive and positive team culture.
Process Optimization: Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement; deploy best practices to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency, team performance, and project outcomes; prepare regular reports for senior management.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of special projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while managing stakeholder expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including Human Resources, Finance, and IT to ensure cohesive operational functionality and address organizational needs.
Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on the organization.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development initiatives for all staff members to enhance skills and knowledge.
Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in all areas of service delivery.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback from team members and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives; promote a culture of open communication and constructive feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a remote work environment.
Proven experience in managing teams and leading organizational change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating a data-driven approach to operational improvements.
Excellent time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
A motivated and resilient personality, able to adapt to changing priorities and navigate challenges effectively.
Strong proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Asana, or similar platforms.
