12 days ago, from Ventia Services Group LimitedAbout the roleAs our Operations Manager for our Ventia Operations Centre, you will report to our General Manager and provide strategic leadership and direction to service delivery teams ensuring performance and the provision of reliable and predictable network operations across multiple 24/7 national and state-based projects for Ventia.This position will directly liaise with the field workforce, senior management and staff within the Centre to deliver on services as per client agreements and play a strategic role regarding active input, systems improvement, and development across the Network.What you'll be doing:Act as the voice of Ventia with our client representatives ensuring network performance, resolution and review of issues and service level agreements are met and exceeded.Development of direct reports for improvement in skills, technical knowledge, capability, culture and engagement including the implementation of succession planning across all key roles in the centre.Strategic analysis and review of performance outcomes and regular meetings with both internal and external clients and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Network Operations Centre and operational areas during major incidents and emergency situations.Brief the leadership team regularly on the Network Operations Centre's projects performance, strategic growth and financial performance.Responsible for the operational areas annual budget management and efficiently manage all project related costs ensuring efficient recovery of overheads, project management and labour.About youExceptional business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into practical solutions.Well-developed experience in a leadership role, hands on leader managing multiple teams.Demonstrated experience with implementation of process and procedures through effective change management.Previous leadership within a contact/operation's centre environment.DiversityVentia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
