We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our IT management, stock control, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities: IT Management: Oversee the smooth running and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
Ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of all IT systems.
Manage IT support for 24 shops and Head Office, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Collaborate with our Head Office team to develop and implement technology strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
Stock Management and Buying/Marketing/Admin Team Support: Work closely with the Buying/Marketing/Admin Teams to ensure timely and accurate buying and sales information and bringing promotions to life.
Support stock control processes and stocktakes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain issues.
Warehouse Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in our fashion warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to optimize productivity and accuracy.
Monitor and manage warehouse team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
Qualifications: Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on IT and warehouse management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in IT systems and warehouse management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
