Join our team as the Operations Manager and play a critical role in shaping the future of water management in our district.About the RoleAs the Operations Manager, you will lead and manage the Operations Team, which includes water and wastewater treatment plant operators and the reticulation team. You'll work closely with the Utilities Management Team to define, scope, and deliver innovative Three Waters projects while providing technical oversight of our water treatment assets and reticulation networks.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management: Provide clear direction and leadership to treatment plant staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
