About the role
A&T Glass Group are on the lookout for an Operations Manager to provide day-to-day leadership of the A&T Group of companies. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and taking responsibility for the Technical Support, Workshop Lead and Workflow Coordinator you will:
Business management
Develop an annual business plan.
Identify business improvements and source new systems and processes.
Have full visibility of P&L via XERO.
Manage company assets.
Team leadership
Empower your team to succeed.
Foster a positive and consistent team culture.
Guide and mentor your team for ongoing training and development.
Workflow management
Work alongside the Workflow Coordinator and oversee customer enquiries and job allocation.
Develop and execute sales operations planning processes to manage stock.
Prepare reports and analysis for the workload of Technicians.
You will be responsible for the Health and Safety for the group, ensuring the companies operate in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures. You will train team members to carry out their work safely and make sure they follow safe work practices.

You will offer extensive business management and operations management experience within a manufacturing or service industry. You must have strong financial capability and the commercial nous to pick up on trends. A&T Glass Group need a people centric leader who has over 5 years of leadership experience and brings an empowering, mentorship style.
A & T Glass is an alcohol and drug free workplace. You will need to have a clean full driver's licence to take on the role of Operations Manager.
