Are you a responsible and experienced Duty Manager? We are seeking dedicated Duty Managers to join our team in Tauranga!

Position: Casual Duty Manager
Location: Tauranga
Pay Rate: $29.50 per hour + 8% holiday pay

Key Responsibilities: Maintain a safe environment for both patrons and staff, manage security risks, and respond effectively to emergencies.Manage conflicts, resolving issues in a peaceful and respectful manner.Ensure all staff are trained in the responsible service of alcohol and monitor patrons to prevent over-intoxication. Qualifications: Must hold a current NZ Duty Manager Certificate and LCQ.Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.Must be available to work.
