This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Pipe Masters Ltd in Tauranga. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating with team members, ensuring quality work, and optimising workflow efficiency.

Qualifications
Operations Management, Workflow Optimisation, and Quality Control skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience in project management and scheduling
Excellent knowledge of plumbing, gas fitting, or drain laying processes
Understanding of the Building Code and Contract Act of 2002
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
