Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / General Manager to oversee our hub's daily operations and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a dedicated team of professionals, promoting a positive and productive work environment.Oversee the management of budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and sustainability.Implement and maintain HR processes, including staff recruitment, development, and performance management.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.Drive operational improvements and support the long-term growth of the hub.Achieve targets and goals set for operational performance.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.Handle any additional responsibilities as required to support the hub's success.Work alongside the CEO and be a member of the Senior Leadership Team.Contribute to business planning and strategies.Qualifications, Attributes & Experience we are looking for: Business qualification (or working towards) and/or extensive experience.Proven experience in managing staff and HR functions is essential.Experience in the health sector, particularly primary health, would be highly favourable.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Corporate focus and/or experience.Technologically savvy.Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage relationships.Why Join Us?
