About the Role As the Operations Director, you will lead and oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring seamless collaboration across Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Administration, Accounts, and Engineering. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will inspire teams to reach business objectives, set high performance standards, and keep the entire organisation aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and inspire a multi-disciplinary team across Customer Service, Sales Support, Engineering, Administration, and Operations, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence.
Plan, implement, and oversee improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Drive adherence to company values, including Trust, Challenge, and Agility, while championing open communication and positive teamwork.
Ensure the successful delivery of company promises made to clients by the Sales and Marketing Teams, holding a keen eye on maximizing EBIT and optimizing business processes.
Oversee HR processes, IT security and resilience, legal compliance, and asset management, ensuring these areas align with the broader goals and standards of the company.
Ideal Candidate Profile: This role requires a proactive leader with strong business acumen, planning, and management skills who is excited to continually learn, grow, and adapt. The successful candidate will bring at least 3 years of managerial experience, proven HR management capabilities, and an extensive knowledge of general business principles, complemented by proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. A strong commitment to company values and an ability to motivate and engage teams will be essential.
