As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and fostering a people-centric culture.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end production projects with a keen eye for detail, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and impeccable quality control.Analyse and refine production processes to boost productivity, reduce waste, and enhance resource utilization.Cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment that supports and motivates your team.Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, introducing and maintaining best practices in production management.Promote and uphold a culture of safety across all production activities.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in management within the manufacturing (packaging or similar) sector.Proven expertise in managing production projects and optimizing operational efficiencies.Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and development.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
