Operations & Cx Coordinator - Rotorua

As the Operations & CX Coordinator (Rotorua) for TotalEnergies NZ, you will play a crucial role in driving the operational success of our business. This customer facing role will support the branch in servicing customer delivery requirements, ensuring goods are picked, packed, and despatched accurately according to orders and/or customer needs.
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:
Work with the Operations & CX Manager performing day-to-day branch operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure all stock is accounted for, stored, stacked, and rotated according to set specifications and health & safety standards.
Assist with back up deliveries as required.
Assist in identifying and promoting opportunities for continuous improvement in the overall performance and productivity of the branch.
Support and encourage a high standard of health and safety practices in alignment with our priority of ensuring everyone goes home safely every night.
What You Bring to the Table
Our ideal candidate willhave 3+ years of experience in an operations, logistics, or warehousing role, preferably within a similar or related industry. Additional experience in customer service would be advantageous.
In addition to the above, we are looking for a candidate with:
A clean and full Class 1 driver's licence (required), and a Forklift endorsement (desirable).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the aptitude for having courageous conversations (radical candour) to address any issues.
Sound computer skills, with a working knowledge of inventory management software, order processing systems, and computer databases.
Demonstrated resourcefulness and flexibility, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A customer advocate mentality, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
A forward-thinking mindset that embraces continuous improvement and innovation.
