We tackle growing challenges every day as a group of problem solvers, determined to make a positive impact on people's lives and the future of the planet.What you'll be doing:Drive forward Beam's operations across multiple operational verticals, including charging infrastructure, fleet management, and warehouse / supply chain managementSet strategic direction for how to grow Beam's operations in a healthy mannerIdentify key operational metrics and manage a tight shipInnovate constantly on existing processes and productsManage team of Operations Specialists and Marshals to support the operationsCultivate and mentor your team for optimal performanceCollaborate cross functionally (strategy, marketing, policy) to ensure smooth business operationsAnalyse and implement workflows and processesReview procedures and address any deviations from the standardsRequirements:Experience in transport / logistics is not necessary, but willingness to learn and get into the weeds of the business is criticalBachelor's degreeAt least 3 years experience in management consulting, finance, or fast growing startupExperience with people managementPassion for solving problems and delivering a great customer experienceHighly analytical and creative problem solver, product driven mindsetSelf starter - you'll get broad exposure to all aspects of the business and this is a great position to fast track your startup careerStrong Excel skills / SQL knowledge a bonusLocation: AucklandReporting to: Operations Manager / Head of OperationsSalary: NZD 66,500 - NZD 80,000 per annumWorking Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
