The role: Being the face of our business providing a great first impressionDelivering a smooth and efficient experience for all customersEstablishing and promoting long term relationships with our customers to grow the businessOperating our booking system providing quotes, confirming reservations and invoicingInvolvement in other areas of the operation when requiredWe are looking for: A passion for delivering a high level of customer serviceProficient Computer skills and a willingness to adapt to new technologyA natural ability to take pride in your workHave a great personality and a sense of humorFull NZ Driver's LicenseA high standard of personal hygiene and presentationThe willingness to be flexible and available to work weekends when requiredOur branch is open 7 days per week and this permanent, full time position will work as per our rotating shift roster which operates on a 4 days on 3 days off shift pattern.
