Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver on an Operational Readiness Plan to manage the successful transition from delivery (design and construction) to the operations phase for the Maintenance & Lifecycle business. Develop and maintain the operational readiness program of works and deliverables ensuring all M&L obligations and commitments are documented, allocated, delivered on time and to a high standard. Build and maintain sound working relationships with key (internal and external) stakeholders. Ownership and responsibility for the achievement of primary objectives specific to operational readiness activities. Balance objectives and associated resource levels to ensure the tactical and strategic elements of the M&L business is ready for operations commencement. Liaise and coordinate with the Network Operator to ensure alignment of M&L business operational readiness activities, providing a unified approach with key external stakeholders. Development of a highly capable Operational Readiness team, with a positive can-do attitude that has exceptional planning and execution skills to ensure M&L business mobilisation activities are delivered. About You:
You will need a strong program and project management skillset. Experience working in a TNSP or DNSP would be advantageous. Relevant qualifications (probably but not limited to Electrical Engineering) are expected as is a strong asset management skillset.
