Main Job Descriptions IT Administrator - Managing the motel booking system on external booking platforms such as Expedia, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, etc.
Developing internal booking system to maximize profit.
Ensuring data security and backup procedures are followed.
Installing and configuring computer systems and applications.
May develop, implement and maintain social media marketing for motel booking, such as on Facebook, Wechat, etc.
Allocating housekeeping tasks to contractors.
May assist director in travel video shooting .
Other work as assigned by director.
Ability to use 3D rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender) to develop and implement 3D room tours for the website, providing guests with an immersive experience when viewing our rooms online.
Minimum Requirements At least 3 months of experience working in a 4-star or higher-rated hotel .
Experience in multi-tasking , especially in high-pressure situations within hospitality.
Working Conditions Work from our company premises at 29 Beach Road, Kaikoura, Canterbury .
30-35 hours per week .
Minimum hours guarantee: 30 .
Remuneration: hour rate NZ$30.00 ~ NZ$32.00 .
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Work Experience Bachelor degree in IT/management related qualification.
Basic hospitality service knowledge.
Relevant working experience in roles of IT support/administration, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Any experience in developing and implementing social media marketing in motel booking.
Multi-task oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
