Ignite your potential with this exciting opportunity within the MediaWorks' Out of Home division. From the best digital billboards to bus backs, as the Out of Home (OoH) planner, you will enable our OoH Direct Sales team to win business, manage inventory, respond to briefs, maximise yields and deliver great outcomes!
The Role

High quality brief responses with recommendations of effective and efficient campaign strategies to meet the client's goals and/or needs.
Always looking for that 'out of the box' solutions that will be impactful.
Collaborate with radio or digital planning teams to create integrated media solutions.
Create proactive offers, specials, and bundles for the sales teams to drive revenue growth.
Use Google Sheets and Salesforce to create the media schedules with adherence to the yield strategies and use analytical tools to optimise the best outdoor media channels.
Deliver a high standard of creative and insightful presentations.
Ensure advertising plans and schedules are accurate and adhere to sales policies.
Develop an understanding of the commercial factors that drive profit for the platform.
Assist with the monitoring of OOH asset occupancy and revenue performance to identify potential issues.
Provide a high level of timely follow-up service and support to internal & external stakeholders.

About You

You have a passion for media, you have either studied media, marketing or business with a high level of expertise with Excel, PowerPoint/Canva and Google suite.
Experience with Programmatic buying or selling, R&F tool and work experience as media planner would be desirable but not essential.
Energetic, self-starter who's collaborative and super organised to collectively achieve success.
High attention to detail, accuracy and exemplary planning skills.
Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Creative problem-solver and solution focused.
Can-do attitude and curious learner.
