Job Description: Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a talented and experienced Online Support Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ.
As the Online Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online support team and ensuring the smooth operation of our online platforms.
This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the online support team, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze online support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online support experience for customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Train and onboard new team members as needed - Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment within the team Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online support or a related field - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for innovation - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Proven track record of managing a team and driving results - Experience with online support platforms and tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred Benefits: - Free accommodation - Parental leave - Life insurance Working Environment: At Freeport-McMoRan, we pride ourselves on being a company that transcends borders, promoting collaboration on a global scale.
