**Responsibilities:** - Provide outstanding online support to customers via chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account-related issues.
- Manage and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement improved support processes and guidelines.
- Monitor and track customer feedback, providing insights to management to enhance product and service offerings.
- Stay updated on the latest company products, services, and promotions to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions, representing the values and mission of Pacific Edge Ltd. - Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing ideas and resources to enhance overall support effectiveness.
**Requirements:** - A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or online support role is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers.
- Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer support software (experience with CRM systems is an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to service.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
