Job Description:
Shuttlerock is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of driving successful online marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and customer engagement
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for online channels, including social media, email marketing, and website
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain cutting-edge and effective
- Utilize SEO tactics to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to our website
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on online advertising and campaign management
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and Facebook Business Manager
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Driven and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry
