Job Description:
Anthem, a leading company in Wellington, NZ, is seeking a talented and experienced Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of success in driving online engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and conversions
- Manage all aspects of online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on online channels
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically and analytically
- Independent and reliable with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
