### Responsibilities: - **Digital Campaign Management:** - Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that align with Amazon's strategic objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize digital marketing strategies, ensuring an increase in traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
- **Content Creation & Management:** - Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, audience-focused content that supports digital marketing efforts across various platforms, including websites, social media, email, and blogs.
- Maintain and optimize the company's online content to enhance customer experience and engagement.
- **SEO & SEM Strategy:** - Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization to improve organic search visibility and ranking.
- Manage paid search campaigns, including budget allocation, ad copy testing, and performance analysis.
- **Social Media Management:** - Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and followers across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media metrics, engaging with customers and community members to build brand loyalty.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting:** - Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)
to capture the effectiveness of campaigns, preparing regular performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze customer demographics and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- **Collaboration & Communication:** - Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, creative) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing ideas that push the boundaries of traditional digital marketing.
- **Market Research:** - Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
- Use research findings to inform marketing strategies and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
### Requirements: - **Experience:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or a fast-paced industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns that generate measurable results.
- **Education:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in digital marketing tools and software, including Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong grasp of content management systems (CMS) and HTML is a plus.
