### Key Responsibilities - **Customer Interaction:** Respond to customer inquiries via various online communication channels, including email, live chat, and social media.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- **Product Knowledge:** Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
Continuously update knowledge to stay informed on product changes and enhancements.
- **Issue Resolution:** Investigate and troubleshoot issues raised by customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and escalate when necessary.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and detailed logs of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system to enable follow-up and reporting.
- **Customer Feedback:** Gather customer feedback and suggestions to identify trends and assist in improving customer service processes and product offerings.
- **Creative Problem Solving:** Use creativity to devise unique solutions for customer-related challenges, enhancing the overall user experience.
- **Research:** Conduct research on various topics to provide customers with accurate information and solutions resourcefully and efficiently.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the customer care team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey, sharing insights and feedback to optimize processes.
- **Training Participation:** Actively engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to personal and professional growth.
### Requirements - **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an online support role.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required.
Further education in a relevant field preferred.

- **Passionate:** Enthusiasm for helping others and a genuine interest in fostering positive customer relationships.
