We have an exciting new position within the store for a driven Online Assistant Manager (2IC) to join the team.
The Role
Support the Online Manager to plan and organize the day-to-day running of the online team and online shopping department.
Plan and monitor work progress from the start of the picking order life cycle to completion of order by delivery or click & collect.
Lead and motivate the online team, ensuring best practice policies and operational procedures are followed at all times.
Ensure items are picked, packed, processed, and invoiced for a customer's order accurately and efficiently.
Contribute to continual improvements and initiatives to help improve the online shopping experience.

What we're looking for:
Previous supermarket experience within a supervisory or leadership role is desirable.
A commitment to superior customer service.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task to consistently meet deadlines.
Physically fit and able to fulfill the requirements of the role.
Tech savvy.
Can continue working to a high standard under pressure.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to forward think.
