**Position Overview** As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our remote office.
You will be responsible for facilitating communication, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall workflow of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities** - **Administrative Support**: Manage routine office tasks including filing, correspondence, and scheduling meetings.

Manage vendor relationships to support operational needs.

- **Technical Support**: Provide basic troubleshooting assistance for office software and tools, coordinating with IT support as necessary.
- **Collaboration**: Foster a collaborative work environment by actively participating in team-wide initiatives and virtual meetings, encouraging input and cooperation among colleagues.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for operational enhancement and propose solutions to streamline processes and workflows.

**Requirements** - **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office management experience, preferably in a remote environment.
